Taking Action Together
Ethan Mulberg - Fellow
The cohort has always been supportive. We are very like-minded people who want to better the world and help each
other in any way we can. We inspire and motivate each other. Working collaboratively has allowed us to work with different perspectives, cultures, generations, and backgrounds. In sociology classes, we talked about a lot of different theories but there was never any action in the class. The Everett Program encourages us to take action, to work with members of the community to help people who are in need with digital tools and our own creative ideas. We can sit in college being lectured and do well on homework and exams, but actually working on a project and gaining experience with real change-makers and organizations sets us up for future success.
